David Jankowski has practiced water rights, water quality and regulatory permitting law in Colorado since 1974, including civil trials and appeals of dozens of cases in the state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.   He has represented public and private interests in Colorado and other western states, including state, regional and municipal governments, private corporations, including not-for-profit corporations, agricultural interests and citizens groups in his areas of concentration.   He has authored numerous articles and has spoken to legal and non-legal gatherings on many occasions.   Dave is a past Member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado, Inc., a private not for profit corporation which develops and provides funding for legal services programs in Colorado.
