White & Jankowski has substantial litigation experience in each of its practice areas, having been lead counsel in litigation lasting from one-half day to several years.   Because of the nature of Colorado's water rights system, and environmental litigation in general, White & Jankowski routinely participates in complex, multi-party cases involving technical subject matter.   White & Jankowski is equally experienced in settling litigation through negotiation, and has concluded a large percentage of its cases with negotiated settlements.

White & Jankowski frequently handles appeals, including cases tried by others, and appearances as amicus curiae.   White & Jankowski's attorneys have briefed or argued appeals in the Supreme Courts of Colorado, Utah and Wyoming, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
