Matthew graduated with honors from Colorado College in 2003 (B.A. Environmental Science) and Lewis and Clark Law School in 2006. In 2005 he represented Lewis and Clark at the National Environmental Moot Court Competition at Pace University Law School. Matthew joined White & Jankowski in 2006. He represents public and private clients in all manner of water transactions and water court litigation, including adjudication of new surface and ground water rights, changes of water rights, augmentation plans, and related water quality matters.
