Mitra Pemberton graduated from Western Washington University cum laude in 2003 and the University of Colorado Law School in 2006.  In law school, Mitra was the Sources Editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy.  Upon graduation, Mitra clerked for the Honorable Jane A.  Tidball, First Judicial District of Colorado.  Mitra joined White & Jankowski as an associate in 2008, where her practice emphasizes water rights and natural resources law.
